Dog with cancer in his mouth? - boxer mouth cancer

Hello, I have a sheep dog x boxer who has had cancer for some time, inititally is about 3 years, but I do not know how long he in his system, which began as a growth on her foot, and there was higher (10 ) we were told to remove it would cause more problems, everything is fine until a month ago has begun to develop in the mouth and the vet told us to make only convenient, covering his front teeth bottomw now. But this morning was good (I mean good as usual) and tonight is a gray color. But he still eats and donesn't assets seems evil to do that someone knows what could have been gray? (I called the Vet tomorrow, you just want advice) It feels great, as he says happens to a cancer patient, if species begin to rot if they have a rotten tissue? Thank you.
